Since I am a Portuguese WATER Dog it was time to finally prove to the world that I deserve the middle name.
My First Water Trial
My mom and I entered our first water trial the weekend of July 17 & 18 2004. We had practiced the Junior and Apprentice tasks since the ice melted on the local lakes but mom says she gets all nervous at "real" trials. True to form, she got really nervous but we managed to pass Junior the first day and Apprentice the second day and boy was she happy. I got all sorts of extra treats!!! Here are a few photos.
